IBASI Healing Ministries is a non-profit Healing Ministry and Ascension School that offers Liturgy,(Satsangs), devotional community fellowship, education (web & on-location courses, retreats), and personalized support, (mentoring, counseling, healing), to those who have made a commitment to their spiritual pathwork and self healing by merging into the Absolute (God-within), also known as Samadhi, Moksha and Christ Consciousness.
- The awakening of the Holy Spirit through True Baptism, (Shaktipat in Eastern Traditions), either through an ascended Master Teacher or 'spontaneously', marks the true beginning of 'direct-pathwork' to God through self-effort and surrender to the divine Grace bestowing power of God within. Sadhu Devi Nostrum, IBASI Healing Ministries' Founder and Spiritual Director, offers True Baptisms and support of the Holy Spirit (Shakti Kundalini) in the ascension and unfolding of seekers into mystical divine union with the Absolute.

This is the permanent release of suffering and misery from the cycle of birth & death, old age and illness.

- What is 'TRUE BAPTISM' or 'SHAKTIPAT' ? A true Shaktipat Spirital Teacher is capable of transmitting Grace and the awakening of the Holy Spirit (or Kundalini), through true Baptism, (or Shaktipat). Shaktipat or true Baptism is very precious, very sacred, and very rare, (even very rare within churches and current mainstream religions). This Grace-Bestowing Power of God gifts the devoted Seeker of God, (or Sadhaka) a natural, easeful and assured ascension home to Self-Realization, also known as God-Within, Samadhi, Moksha, Unity or Christ Consciousness.
- Who is the MASTER TEACHER for IBASI? Rev. Dr. Devi Nostrum, the Founder and President of IBASI, is a true Shaktipat Spirital Teacher and Director of IBASI Healing Ministries. Also known as Devi ma to Hindu devotees, she continues professional practice as a licensed Holistic Clinical Pharmacist while pursuing her missionwork as an Ordained Healing Minister, Meditation Teacher and Shaktipat Master. Programs include Shaktipat Retreats, Certification, (Reiki, Medical Qigong, Medical Intuitive, Healing Minister Ordination), and the One-to-One Mentoring program for beginner, intermediate and advanced adepts and yogis of meditation/spiritual practice. - What is IBASI's Teaching Style? The newly formed Ascension School programs are web-based 'Distance-Learner' courses and workshops in a 'Virtual' Classroom that is Text, Voice and Video enabled. Weekly on-location and web-based Satsangs have also been offered and are a powerful source of transformative, personal experience of the divine, styled in the eastern tradition of Teacher-Student. The One-to-One Mentoring Program, either on-location or as distance-learner is highlighted as the venue of choice for serious students/devotees. Through convenient On-Line Courses, weekly discussion through private, voice/text enabled Chat Room; IM, Phone, Q&A Satsang sessions, reading and contemplation exercises, as well as optional true Baptism (Shaktipat) Retreats and Workshop Practicums, the student/devotee progresses in an individualized program just right for their pace and level of Awareness (or God-Consciousness). Adepts who are Licensed Healthcare Providers may practice their Ministry through their clinical practice as Ordained Healing Ministers of IBASI Healing Ministries.
- Where is IBASI located? IBASI is a non-profit corporation sole, incorporated through the state of Nevada. Since Devi ma is on a fund-raising working tour, all Satsangs and Ascension College coursework is currently through web and phone-based distance-learning. Fund-raising is being actively pursued towards establishing a permanent location for a Spiritual Retreat Enclave with Dorms, Healing Clinic, and Ascension College.
- Structured Training and Practice? IBASI is home for those who seek Self-Realization. The age-old, tried and try Master-Disciple relationship of seeking direct relationship with God-Within is supported by the Grace-bestowing power of True Baptism through a true Master Spiritual Teacher.
- For adept level disciples, there is nothing to 'do', and no need for 'structure'. However, for all others, structure is essential, therefore we do offer yogic meditation training & scriptural-based education; certifications in energy medicine as well as opportunities for fellowship, networking, and research in subtle energy medicine.
- IBASI Healing Ministries trains licensed healthcare providers and those with aptitude from beginner to advanced adept-level energy/spiritual medicine in traditional Master-Disciple style. Advanced Disciples may be initiated as Masters and are Ordained as Healing Ministers. They may then practice their Ministry through their clinical practices through IBASI Healing Ministries.

- What are the Teachings & Doctrine of IBASI? The central doctrine of IBASI and it's Healing Ministries is the teaching of Eternal Truths (Sanatana Dharma), that are common to all true religions and ancient wisdom traditions throughout all cultures and ages, since the dawn of mankind.
- IBASI Healing Ministries utilizes ancient lineage wisdom traditions taught by Siddha Master Teachers of Kashmir Shaivism, known as the "Map of Human Consciousness", the Christian Essene Gospels, and the secret teachings of the ancient Chinese system of Medical Qigong. 'Modern Mystics' teachings from Eckhart Tolle, Carol Myss, Deepack Chopra and the lives and teachings of Christian and Hindu Saints are also discussed and contemplated. Devi ma draws on Nature, Modern Medical Science, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Kabbala, the Arts and contemporary life for anectodes, stories and examples of mystical and divine teachings that have been passed on to her by her own master teachers.
- Reiki & Medical Qigong/ Shengong? IBASI, under the Directorship of Rev. Dr. Devi Nostrum, Pharm.D., MQP, CMT, (Sadhu Devi Nostrunananda), trains and certifies Medical Qigong Healers. IBASI is authorized to train and certify Reiki 1-3/Master Practitioners. Practitioner and Teacher Certification is available. Dr. Nostrum is also Doctor of Pharmacy and an Alternaltive Medicine Practitioner, and is available for private consultation with patients and clients. Collaboration with existing primary care providers is always encouraged.
